  Again I would like to say that I am Highly disappointed with Armadale Steel to the point I would rather pay over twice, just to have someone greet me with a friendly tone and be able to help me with finding the correct product for my needs.

  If you are in the market looking for steel in the Armadale area I would recommend looking further along Gillam drive from Armadale Steels old factory where you will find another company which is super efficient, extremely helpful and also intelligent with a good understanding for steel products and offer a much better pricing structure for their products and services.

  When requesting information regarding which steel to choose I was told to go to a retail shop which has nothing to do with manufacturing steel products and ask for the information that I asked for. Why would I go to a shop that has absolutely nothing to do with Steel which I was there for I do not know?

  Unfortunately I had a very negative experience from the second that I walked into the company. It appeared that my presence was unwelcome by the very basic communication from the untrained sales person who knew absolutely nothing about Steel.

  The atitude of the staff member was appalling and left me gobsmacked. It was clear that the person also had no idea what they were doing in the steel industry except being able to point to a sign on a wall.
